You can pay for your Upzelo subscription using regular Visa, Mastercard, American Express payments. Alternatively you can pay by monthly invoices.
If at any time you need to change your payment details or method you can do this on your Settings screen, by going to the Payment settings section and clicking 'Edit'.
Failed payments
If your credit card expires or for any other reason your payment to Upzelo fails, don't worry your subscription will remain in place. Our billing system will retry any failed payments three times. After two failed attempts you will automatically receive an email warning you of a failed payment.
If your payment should fail 3 times in a row your account will be temporarily moved to a free plan until a payment can be made.
