Chargebee prevents subscription pausing by default.
To use a "Pause subscription" action successfully with Upzelo this feature will be turned on.
The customer will not be alerted to this error if it is encountered, but a manual "Request" will be created and the account owner alert to fulfil the request to pause manually.
Where this error is encountered, Upzelo makes a log of the error returned from the Chargebee API, which looks like:
